When you are planning a junior golf camp in Scotland, the weekly price is only part of the decision. It also helps to understand the coaching and golf programme, whether accommodation and meals are included, and which extras your golfer might need.
At RV Golf Schools, our 2027 programme offers four golf experiences: Development, Ultimate, Hidden Gems and Signature. Here is a practical guide to the prices and what to budget for, so you can choose a suitable week with confidence.
How much are RVGS junior golf camps in 2027?
During our St Andrews weeks, prices start at £1,650 for non-residential Development and £2,000 for residential Development. The price depends on the golf experience and whether your child stays with us.
St Andrews: Weeks 1, 3 and 4

What is included in the camp price?
Every experience includes two hours of professional group coaching each day and its programme of on-course golf. Coaching is tailored to the golfers’ age, ability and objectives, with opportunities to apply what they learn in different playing situations.
Residential places also include accommodation, meals, staff support and organised evening activities. This time together is an important part of camp: golfers make friends, become more independent and enjoy sharing the week with others who love the game.
Non-residential golfers join the same coaching and golf programme, with lunch included. Breakfast, dinner and accommodation are not included. Parents arrange accommodation and daily transport to and from the designated meeting point. Non-residential places are available during Weeks 1, 3 and 4, subject to availability.

Why do the golf experiences have different prices?
The experiences offer different programmes of courses and playing challenges. Choosing the right one means considering your golfer’s playing experience and ambitions alongside the budget.
Development suits younger golfers building skills and confidence. Ultimate offers varied Scottish golf without an official handicap requirement. Hidden Gems is for established 18-hole golfers with an official handicap. Signature is for experienced 18-hole golfers aged around 14–18 with a handicap of 15 or better, including single-figure players.

Is High Performance Coaching included?
The core group coaching programme is included in every camp. High Performance Coaching is an optional upgrade costing £450 per golfer, per week, available with Ultimate, Hidden Gems and Signature.
It adds individual analysis, video and performance technology, specialist coaching and personal development points. Read what the High Performance Coaching upgrade includes to decide whether it suits your golfer.
For example, one residential Ultimate week in St Andrews costs £2,800. Adding High Performance Coaching brings those two selected items to £3,250, before any other extras chosen at checkout.

What else should families budget for?
Flights and independently arranged travel are not included. Families also arrange suitable travel insurance and may wish to budget for personal spending money.
Complimentary arrival and return transfers cover Edinburgh Airport and Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station only and must be coordinated with RVGS. Please contact us before booking travel.
Golf club or trolley hire and additional nights on the specified available dates are optional extras. Check the options and prices for your chosen booking. Our camp FAQs explain equipment, packing and arrival arrangements.
Can we pay in stages?
Yes. The standard 2027 schedule starts with £500 per golfer for each week booked, plus selected extras. Half of the remaining camp balance is due on 1 February 2027, with the final balance due on 3 May 2027.
For later bookings, payments already due are included in the initial payment. The exact amounts and dates appear in your WeTravel payment schedule. Please read the 2027 booking terms and conditions, including cancellation arrangements, before confirming.
