Summer of Fun, Friendship & Golf: RV Golf Schools 2025
The 2025 junior golf camps at RV Golf Schools were nothing short of extraordinary — four incredible weeks of golf, friendship, and unforgettable experiences across two world-class locations: St Andrews and Loretto School, Edinburgh.
This summer, we were thrilled to welcome junior golfers from around the globe, representing France, Spain, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, Kazakhstan, Canada, the USA, Belgium, Switzerland, Dubai, and Hong Kong. Together, they shared in the spirit of competition, camaraderie, and the pursuit of golfing excellence at our junior golf schools.
Two Iconic Camp Locations
1. St Andrews – The Home of Golf
There’s truly no place like St Andrews. Our campers trained at Elmwood Golf Club, part of our St Andrews golf camp experience, developed their game on top-class practice facilities, and enjoyed being just moments away from the historic Old Course.
Our golfers got to experience a selection of fantastic courses to include the Eden and Strathtyrum in St Andrews and then amazing links courses such as Leven, Lundin, Arbroath, Anstruther and Carnoustie Burnside alongside inland courses including Scotscraig, Ladybank and Elmwood golf clubs.
Our High performance Campers took part in a 54 hole junior tournament, testing their skills in a competitive yet supportive environment at our St Andrews golf summer camp.
Off the course, players explored the charm of St Andrews and soaked up the town’s deep golfing heritage and spent the evenings on the beach for our activities.
2. Loretto School, Edinburgh – A Premier Golf Academy Setting
Located just outside Scotland’s capital, Loretto School provided a fantastic base for the second half of our summer golf camps.
With access to the first-class facilities at Loretto School and our host clubs of Craigielaw and Royal Musselburgh our golfers had the perfect facilities to develop their games.
Another selection of fantastic courses including Craigielaw, Royal Musselburgh, Winterfield, Dunbar and Haddington to name a few the golfers realy had a great mix of courses in the afternoons.
The High Performance golfers had the opportunity to play a WAGR event at Royal Musselburgh Golf Club, allowing them to test their skills in a competitive environment against other junior golfers.
The balance of intensive junior golf coaching and fun evening activities created a true camp atmosphere — one that our golfers will remember for years to come.
Four Inspiring Camp Options
This year, our players had the opportunity to choose from four distinct camp experiences, each tailored to support their stage of development and goals:
Development Camp – Perfect for younger or less experienced players, focusing on building solid fundamentals through junior golf coaching in a fun, encouraging environment.
Ultimate Camp – A complete camp experience combining technical coaching, competitive play, and off-course activities.
High Performance Camp – Designed for elite junior golfers aiming to take their game to the next level, with WAGR events and performance-focused coaching.
Camp Internship – A unique opportunity for returning players to take on leadership roles, support coaches, and gain valuable mentoring experience.
A Truly International Experience
One of the hallmarks of our junior golf summer camps is the diversity and global reach of our community. This summer brought together golfers from 12 countries, creating an atmosphere of cultural exchange and shared passion for the game.
From morning training sessions to evening team challenges, friendships flourished and personal growth was at the heart of every moment. Our players not only improved their golf but also learned valuable life skills — independence, confidence, and teamwork — at our junior golf schools.
