Dollar Academy
Our campers will be housed in the boarding houses of Dollar Academy, situated within the school’s picturesque campus. These period houses combine traditional charm with modern comfort, offering warm bedrooms, communal social areas, and study spaces — creating a welcoming “home away from home” atmosphere.
Each boarding house is equipped with bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens, and dining-kitchen spaces, along with computer suites and WiFi throughout to keep in touch. In the evenings, campers can enjoy relaxed lounge time or group activities in the houses’ common rooms and gardens, while still benefitting from the tranquility and security of the campus setting.
Golf Courses
Our Dollar Academy Camp gives players the chance to experience a fantastic combination of links and inland courses across Fife and the Dollar area, offering a true taste of Scottish golf in all its variety. Campers will play a minimum of three different courses during the week, allowing them to enjoy a diverse mix of styles, challenges, and landscapes.
The programme includes access to some of the finest links courses in Fife, such as Lundin Links, offering the classic seaside experience of firm fairways, open vistas, and the unpredictable coastal breeze. Alongside these, campers will play inland parkland courses near Dollar, known for their scenic tree-lined fairways and rolling terrain, which provide a perfect contrast to the links challenge.
Together, this blend of courses captures the very best of Scottish golf — from the coastal beauty of Fife’s world-renowned links to the calm, green landscapes of Central Scotland’s parkland layouts — ensuring an unforgettable and well-rounded golfing experience.
Coaching & Practice
Set in the heart of Fife’s beautiful countryside, Elmwood Golf Club provides the ideal environment for our coaching and practice sessions. The club’s modern facilities and well-maintained course make it one of Scotland’s finest venues for developing every aspect of a player’s game.
Campers benefit from access to a superb 18-hole parkland course, spacious driving range, and dedicated short-game areas designed for pitching, chipping, and putting practice. The club also features indoor teaching studios and all-weather bays, ensuring our golfers can continue to train whatever the conditions. With such a comprehensive setup, Elmwood offers the perfect balance between technical development and on-course experience — a venue that truly supports our golfers in improving every part of their game.

The boys and girls have a busy schedule being supported in house by our pastoral team as well as on the driving range and golf course developing their games with our team of professionals.
